§ 132.18 SALE OF FIREARMS.
   No person shall sell or expose or display for advertisement or sale, and no person shall shoot, burn, explode, or, in any manner, use any firecrackers, Roman candles, sky rockets, torpedoes, caps, cap guns, or other fireworks or explosive materials designed for the celebration of any holiday or for amusement purposes within the corporate limits of said city except on July 2 through July 4 of each year; provided, however, if July 2 or July 3 occurs on Sunday, then there shall be no sale or use, as aforesaid, of such explosive materials named herein upon such day; provided further, if July 4 occurs on Sunday, then the sale of such materials may be extended for another day, that is, to and including July 5.
