§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Each violation of §§ 131.01 through 131.10, 131.14, and 131.15 shall be deemed to state a misdemeanor or misdemeanors which, if severally or jointly committed by any person or persons or corporation within the territorial jurisdiction of said city, shall subject the offender or offenders severally to a penalty, upon conviction, of not less than $3 nor more than $200 for each offense; provided, where more than one offense is stated in a section, the offended thereof shall be liable to only one penalty.

   (C)   Violations of § 131.11 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $25, to be assessed and collected as provided by law.

   (D)   Any violation of § 131.12 shall be punished as a misdemeanor.

   (E)   Any person in violation of § 131.13 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each such offense.

   (F)   Violation of § 131.16 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by fine of not less than $3 and not more than $200.

   (G)   Any person violating any of these terms of § 131.16 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.
