§ 131.13 STORAGE OF GARBAGE IN TRUCKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to store any garbage, trash, or household waste in an open truck or open trailer overnight in the city from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
