Department of Resident Services
146.01   Establishment.

   146.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (a)    There is hereby established the Department of Resident Services to be administered by the Director of Resident Services. Such Director shall be subject to the Charter and ordinances of the City and to the direction of the City Manager.
   (b)    The Director of Resident Services shall have oversight over golf course management, recreation program management, the Customer First initiative and shall be responsible for public information such as providing and disseminating information to the public regarding municipal operations, activities, programs and projects through written communications, audiovisual productions and social media. The Director shall maintain effective relationships with community businesses, organizations and special interest groups throughout the City.
