353.07.2 CONTRACTOR PARKING IN CERTAIN AREAS OF DOWNTOWN.

   There shall be no fee for contractors, or individuals actively engaged in construction, demolition or rehabilitation activities, the area of downtown Hamilton consisting of High Street, Court Street and Market Street between the Great Miami River and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. The provisions of Sections 351.99, 353.15 and 353.16 hereof, relative to fees for parking on the 5th floor of the George McDulin Memorial Parking Garage and the parking of contractors' oversized vehicles to park in either Parking Lot K located at High Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard or Parking Lot D, the Riverfront Plaza and Market Street Lot located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Riverfront Plaza and Market Street, shall not apply to contractors.
