929.99 PENALTIES.

In addition to or as an alternative to any penalty provided herein or by law, any person who violates the provisions of Sections 929.10, 929.11, 929.12, 929.13 or 929.14 of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
