929.11 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF STORM SEWER FACILITIES - INSPECTIONS AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.

   The City shall provide for inspections and routine maintenance of storm drainage facilities that have been accepted for maintenance by the City. City maintenance may include storm water conveyance-related structure cleaning and repair. For other storm drainage facilities not accepted for maintenance by the City, the City may provide for remedial maintenance of such facilities based upon the severity of storm water problems and potential hazard to public health and safety, through the abatement procedures described below in Section 929.12.
