929.10 POST CONSTRUCTION STORM WATER RUNOFF ACTIVITIES.

Those construction activities that disturb greater than one acre of land shall be required to obtain the Ohio EPA General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and shall comply with the Post Construction storm water management requirements contained in the General Permit.
