713.01 CIRCUS AND CARNIVAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
A license is hereby required to be obtained for the operation or conduct within the City of any circus, tent or canvas show, carnival, street fair or similar entertainment enterprise. No such license shall be granted, if in the opinion of the Director of Public Safety it would result in the disturbance of the peace or good order of residents or other persons lawfully in the vicinity.

713.02 FEES.
The fees for licenses required by Section 713.01 shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day for each ring or arena. (1931 Code §56.4213)
713.03 INDEMNITY.
No license shall be issued under the provisions of Section 713.01 until the applicant therefor gives bond in an amount to be determined by the City Manager, and in a form approved by the Director of Law, to indemnify and save the City harmless from all damage to public or private property which may result from the presence or operations of the licensee.
