Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates, refuses or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by the animal control officer or City police, pursuant to this chapter, shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day, plus court costs. Each day or any portion of a day during which a violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 643, 5-15-2012; amd.
