A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, every person violating any of the provisions of this part containing the traffic laws of the city shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined the sum of not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), plus court costs and penalties.
B. Any person violating any of the following sections of this part shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code: (Ord. 454, 5-16-2000)

16. | Pedestrian-activated school crossing signals require obedience by traffic and pedestrians; | |
17. | Authorized play streets with appropriate signs or devices; | |

19. | Designated crosswalks and safety zones. | |
