15-523: RECKLESS DRIVING:

Any person who drives any vehicle in a wanton manner without regard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) including costs. (Prior Code, Chapter 20)
