10-220: CABLE TELEVISION SERVICES; PENALTY:

A. Any person, firm or corporation in violation of section 10-219 of this chapter shall be subject to imprisonment in the city jail for not more than thirty (30) days and by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus costs, or both said fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 450, 1-18-2000)
