A. Any person, firm or corporation who creates or makes use of any authorized connection, whether physically, electrically, acoustically, inductively, or otherwise, with any part of a cable system franchised by the city without the express consent of the cable company operating said system shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, firm or corporation who tampers with, removes, or injures any property, equipment, or part of said cable system or any means of receiving cable service or other services provided thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
