(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) A penalty of 5% of the total net charge will be added to the total net charge if the total net charge is not paid on or before the due date stated on the monthly billing statement.
(2) Water service will be terminated upon the failure of any user to pay the total amount due on any monthly billing statement within ten days of the due date of the statement.

(D) No person or persons, unless authorized by the borough, shall in any manner injure or interfere with the waterworks, reservoir or any pipe, branch, fire hydrant or any property or material belonging or appertaining to the waterworks. Any person who shall violate any provision of § 54.043 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, the fact that a violator has been penalized, after hearing, as herein provided, shall not preclude the borough or other injured party from taking proper legal action to recover damages resulting from such violation.

(E) Any person or entity violating the provisions of §§ 54.060 through 54.063 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $300 per day for each day such violation of §§ 54.060 through 54.063 has occurred and/or imprisonment not to exceed ten days for each day such violation has been in existence. It is the intent of §§ 54.060 through 54.063 that each day shall be a separate violation subject to separate penalties.
