§ 54.043 INJURY OR INTERFERENCE WITH WATERWORKS AND FACILITIES PROHIBITED.
   No person or persons, unless authorized by the borough, shall in any manner injure or interfere with the waterworks, reservoir or any pipe, branch, fire hydrant or any property or material belonging or appertaining to the waterworks.
