Any person or entity which is the owner of property within the borough which has an existing water well drilled thereon must register the existence of said water well and obtain a permit from the Borough Manager after setting forth the following information in their permit application:
(A) The approximate date of the drilling of the well;
(B) The purpose of the well;
(C) The location of the well;
(D) The current usage of the well, including the approximate number of gallons utilized per day;
(E) The depth of the well;
(F) The manner in which water utilized from the well is drained from the property; and
(G) Any other pertinent information requested by the borough for it to determine the necessity and safety of the well.
