32-79   Sidewalk Cleaning Equipment; License
No person shall operate for commercial purposes, on any sidewalk space within the City, any motor powered snow removal or sidewalk cleaning equipment without first obtaining a license from the city treasurer.
The provisions of §32-79 through §32-84 shall not apply to two-wheeled, motor powered snow removal equipment.
The term "sidewalk space" as defined in §22-1 of the Grand Island City Code shall apply to this article.
