32-84   License; Suspension; Revocation
The public works director shall have the authority to revoke or suspend a license issued hereunder upon finding that such licensee is conducting business in a reckless or careless manner, or if the licensee is shown to be no longer qualified, or fails, neglects, or refuses to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
