14-1   Elections; Date; Procedure
The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall hold its municipal election on the date of the statewide primary election for the State of Nebraska. Such elections shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 32 of the Statutes of Nebraska.

14-2   Officers Of The City
There shall be elected a mayor at large and two council members from each of the five wards as established by §14-3 of the Grand Island City Code, thereby forming a council of ten members and one mayor.
