The Village and its sole source provider are authorized to contract with Greater Cincinnati Water Works to administer the cost to collect for such solid waste, recycling and yard waste services. The cost of such collection shall be added to the Residential Premises utility bill from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works. Consistent with the terms of the collection program between the Greater Cincinnati Water Works and the single source provider, a late fee may be added to the monthly invoice for any delinquent payments.
