The Village shall be responsible from time to time to designate a sole source provider and to negotiate pricing with a sole source provider for the collection and disposal of solid waste, the collection and disposal of recycling materials, and the collection and disposal of yard waste to all Residential Premises within the Village of Golf Manor. Residential Premises, under the terms of such service, are defined as single-family residences and multi-family residences up to four units per residence. All other residences and businesses within the Village shall be defined as Commercial Premises, which Commercial Premises shall properly contract for the appropriate collection and disposal of waste materials for their property.
