If any work with respect to the opening, excavating, or tunneling as permitted under Section 1329.01, or if any work with respect to any backfilling as described in Section 1329.06 is not satisfactorily completed, the Village may complete such work. The Village will be paid from the permittee's completion bond that was posted pursuant to Section 1329.04.
