THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 4-45 FORFEITURE OF FEES.

Upon revocation of a local liquor license by the liquor control commissioner pursuant to this chapter, all fees paid by the local liquor licensee pursuant to this chapter shall be forfeited.
