§ 4-28 HOURS OF BUSINESS.
   (a)   It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises, in the village between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
   (b)   It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor, in its original package for consumption off the premises, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. on any day and 7:00 a.m. on the following day.
   (c)   Licensed premises may remain open for the sale of food or other products during the hours within which the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited pursuant to this section; except that no alcoholic liquor may be sold to, or consumed by, the public during such hours.
