§ 32-34 LICENSE FEE; PENALTIES.

   (a)   The annual license fee for a license as required by § 32-32 shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule for each vehicle operated.

   (b)   Any person, firm, or corporation that operates a bus line or intercity bus in violation of any provision of this § 32-32, or in violation of an application approved pursuant to this § 32-33, will be fined for each offense in the amount set forth in the village's Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.

   (c)   Village public safety officers are hereby authorized to seize and impound any intercity bus that is used in the commission or furtherance of a violation of § 32-32 or § 32-33. Seizures and impoundments under § 32-32 are subject to the applicable provisions of §§ 23-110 et al. of this Code.
