THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 31-1.19 PLATS OF VACATION APPLICATIONS; FORM AND CONTENTS.

An application for approval of a plat of vacation shall be filed with the plat officer on a form provided by the village. The plat of vacation shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of § 6 of the Illinois Plat Act, 765 ILCS 205/6, and shall have the form and content provided in § 31-1.18 of this chapter for final plats of subdivision.
