Any parking cutout constructed and in use prior to May 24, 1954, which does not conform with the conditions of this article may be continued subject to termination at any time on order of the board of trustees, and such parking cutout may be reconstructed or altered only in accordance with and in compliance with the provisions of § 30-50.
