THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 30-13 BOND.

All persons making applications pursuant to § 30-11 shall file a bond in the penal sum of $3,000, conditioned to save the village harmless from any injury to any person or property which may be caused by the construction of a sidewalk.
