THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 30-11 PERMIT - REQUIRED; APPLICATION.

It shall be unlawful to construct or lay the pavement for any public sidewalk within the village without having first obtained a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made in writing to the village manager and shall comply with the general provisions relating to applications for permits as set forth in chapter 22.
