§ 23-75.1 SPEED LIMITS - "URBAN DISTRICT" DEFINED.
   As used in §§ 23-75.2 to 23-75.4, the term URBAN DISTRICT shall mean the territory contiguous to and including any street in the village which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry or dwelling houses situated at intervals of less than 100 feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more.
