(a) Sewer permits shall either be Class A (for residential waste water service) or Class B (for commercial, institution/governmental or industrial waste water service) or Class C (for storm sewer service).
(b) The inspection and sewer permit fee for a Class A permit shall be set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. The inspection and sewer permit fee for a Class B or Class C permit shall be set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. Such fee shall be paid to the village at the time the application is filed.

(c) As a condition for a Class B permit for commercial and industrial waste water service, the applicant must provide information describing its waste water constituents, characteristics and type of activity.
