§ 21A-18 SEWER PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (a)   A person may apply for a sewer permit by obtaining an application from the director of public works.
   (b)   The director of public works may require an applicant to supplement the permit application with any plans, specification or other information considered pertinent by the director.
