The provisions of The Vending of Food and Beverages/1978, United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration, DHEW Publication No. (FDA) 78-2091 (hereinafter referred to as "Food Vending Machine Rules") are hereby adopted, subject to the additions, deletions and/or modifications hereinafter set forth, as part of the rules and regulations for health and sanitation of food and beverage vending machines in the village. A certified copy of the Food Vending Machine Rules shall be on file in the office of the village clerk. The additions, deletions and/or modifications to the Food Vending Machine Rules as applicable in the village are as follows:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided by section 16-1. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation. | |
