All milk sold in the village shall be pasteurized and the production, transportation, processing, handling, sampling, examination, grading, labeling and sale of all milk and milk products sold for ultimate consumption within the village, the inspection of dairies and milk plants, the issuing and revocation of permits of milk producers and distributors shall be regulated in accordance with the Illinois Grade A Milk Law, Milk Pasteurization Plant Law and other relevant sections of Ill. Rev. Stat. 1963, ch. 56 ½.
