§ 22-21 MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS DEALERS, ETC.
   (a)   Persons desiring to engage in the sale, delivery or distribution of milk or milk products within the village shall make written application to the village manager who shall have the power to issue a license upon the presentation of a permit to sell milk and milk products as issued by the health officer and other satisfactory proof that the applicant is entitled to such license.
   (b)   The annual fee for the various licenses for engaging in the business of the sale, delivery and distribution of milk shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule, plus the following additional fees:
      (1)   For each wagon or other vehicle employed in such delivery or distribution, the additional sum as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule;
      (2)   For retail business, where milk is sold or kept for sale; provided, that the dairy producing the milk is not already licensed to sell milk in the village, the sum as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule; and
      (3)   For wholesale business where milk is sold or kept for sale, the sum as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.
