THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE ILLINOIS

§ 20-8 DUTY TO GIVE NOTICE TO ABATE; TIME FOR COMPLIANCE.

It is hereby made the duty of the village manager, or other person designated by him or her to do so, to serve a notice in writing upon the owner of any premises, upon which any nuisance or violation defined in this chapter is being permitted or maintained, requiring him or her to abate the same within two days.
