(a) There shall be an initial alarm user permit fee as set forth in the Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule for all or any part of the first calendar year in which the alarm system is in operation, payable to the Village of Glencoe with submission of the alarm user permit application.
(b) There shall be an annual alarm user permit renewal fee as set forth in the Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule, payable to the Village of Glencoe at the beginning of each new calendar year.
(c) In addition to the initial and renewal alarm user permit fee, there shall be a one-time connection fee as set forth in the Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule for all alarm systems connecting directly to the village’s alarm panel at the village public safety communications room.
(d) Any resident who is 65 years of age or older shall be required to pay only 50% of the fee amounts set forth in subsections (a), (b) and (c) of this § 9A-5.
