(a) The director of public works is hereby charged with the duty of enforcing this article. For this purpose he or she and his or her inspectors are hereby authorized to enter any premises within the village to inspect any private swimming pool at any reasonable hour.
(b) Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished as provided in § 16-1 of this code. In addition, the village manager may revoke any permit issued under this article to such person.
