§ 6-43 ANIMALS AS PUBLIC NUISANCES.
   Any animal that shall bite, attack or attempt to bite one or more persons three or more times within any five-year period is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. The license for such animal shall be revoked by the director of public safety and such animal shall not be kept within the village. If any such animal shall be found within the village it shall be impounded and disposed of as an unclaimed dog and the owner shall have no right to claim such dog.
