No animal shall be permitted, even though on a leash, to be in or enter upon any school, school grounds, church, temple or public hall at any time. No animal shall be permitted, even though on a leash, to be in or enter upon any public garage, gas station, restaurant, ice cream parlor, soft drink parlor, office, store (excluding pet shop), market or confectionery shop anywhere within the village during the time that such place is open for public business.
