§ 6-2 OWNER'S DUTY TO CONTROL ANIMALS.
   Animal care and control is the responsibility of the owner. An owner of any animal shall be in violation of this section in the event such animal shall:
   (a)   Be at large;
   (b)   Chase a vehicle in any manner;
   (c)   Put another animal or person in imminent danger of being attacked;
   (d)   Attack persons in any manner;
   (e)   Attack other animals, including dogs, in any manner;
   (f)   Damage property other than the owner's; or
   (g)   Make excess noises, including barking, so as to disturb the peace and quiet.
