(a) Application for licenses required by this article shall be made to the village manager, and shall designate the place, premises or building intended to be occupied.
(b) The fee for a license to operate or conduct a public dance hall shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule. No such license shall be issued without the payment of the fee.
