§ 5-30 CROWDING IN THEATRES.
   It shall be unlawful to permit any person, except ushers or other employees, to remain standing in a hall or room in which a motion picture is presented, during the time of such performance, or for any such person to remain standing therein at such at time. It shall be unlawful to admit to any such hall or room more persons than can be accommodated by the seating arrangement for such premises.
