§ 5-14 OBSTRUCTION OF EXITS, PASSAGEWAYS, ETC.
   (a)   No exit door or gate in any place in which theatricals, shows or amusements are offered, operated, presented or exhibited for gain shall be locked or fastened in any manner during the entire time that such place of amusement is open to the public.
   (b)   All aisles, passageways, corridors and exits of all such places of amusement shall be kept free from camp stools, stairs, sofas, draperies and other obstructions and no person shall be allowed to stand in or occupy any of such aisles, passageways, corridors or exits during any performance.
