§ 5-4 SEATING CAPACITY; STANDING DURING PERFORMANCES.
   It shall be unlawful to allow in theatres or opera houses more persons than can be accommodated by the seating capacity thereof. It shall be unlawful for any person to remain standing or to permit any person to remain standing during the performance of an amusement licensed by this article that is conducted or displayed in a building or hall.
