(a) The fee for licenses required by § 5-1 shall be as set forth in the village’s Comprehensive Fee and Fine Schedule.
(b) The owner or manager of any building who shall procure an annual license as is required by § 5-1 shall be permitted to conduct amusements and shows, except races and athletic contests, throughout the year on the premises for which the license was issued without the payment of a daily fee.
