(a) The village clerk shall keep, or cause to be kept, a complete record of all local liquor licenses issued pursuant to this chapter, and shall furnish the director of finance and village director of public safety each with a copy thereof
(b) The village clerk shall give written notice of the issuance, suspension or revocation of a local liquor license to the director of finance and village director of public safety within two business days thereof.
(c) At the request of the village board of trustees, the liquor control commissioner shall report to the village board of trustees:
(1) All of his or her acts and doings in the enforcement of this chapter; and
(2) The date of collection and amount of all local liquor license fees paid pursuant to this chapter.
(d) All local liquor licensees shall make their books and records available, upon reasonable notice, for investigation and control by any designee of either the liquor control commissioner or the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.
