§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 130.03 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $100.

   (C)   Whoever violates § 130.30 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less, nor more than, $10 unless the shooting takes place upon, in or over the public streets, sidewalks or crossings in the city, in which case the fine shall be not less than $10, nor more than $200.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating § 130.18 for the first time shall be fined 100; any person convicted of violating § 130.18 for a second or subsequent time shall be fined $200.

   (E)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 130.19 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $100, for each occurrence, and any metal detector being used in violation of § 130.19 shall be confiscated by the Police Department and disposed of in the manner provided for contraband property.

   (F)   Any person violating § 130.45 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for up to 30 days or both.
   (G)   (1)   Persons found violating §§ 130.50 through 130.52 shall be subject to the following penalties:
         (a)   A fine of $250 for the first offense; and
         (b)   A fine of $500 for the second and all subsequent offenses.
      (2)   For any offense, neither the fine nor the appropriate court costs shall be suspended.
