It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally, and without good cause to focus, point or shine a laser beam directly or indirectly or at another person or animal in a manner as is intended to or would reasonably be foreseen to harass or annoy the person or animal, or to intentionally, and without good cause to focus, point or shine a laser beam into an occupied motor vehicle or structure.
